Under the guidance of directors Greg Ryan and Karl Osterberg, RQM has managed to employ and retain a core group of management staff who share the same values and principles for high quality and service.
Greg has been involved in the meat industry for 37 years. Being an owner of RQM for 25 of these years, he has guided the business from a small corner-store butcher shop that employed himself and an apprentice, into a multisite business with over 60 employees.
In doing so he has gathered an abundance of knowledge and experience in all facets of the meat and food-service industry, including business management and strategy.
In 25 years in the meat industry, Karl has been involved in a wide range of butchering companies, giving him an extensive skillset and experience in all parts of the trade, as well as in business ownership and management.
In September 2004 Karl became a co-owner and Director of the RQM business.

Our highly skilled butchery team ensures our customer service and product requirements are consistently met. RQM has a proven track record of training apprentice butchers to a very high standard, and believe that they lead the industry in apprentice training.
