It’s no coincidence both Stirling Ranges Beef and Frankland River Pork are in the Great Southern region. Sourcing livestock from these local farmers and our involvement in the supply chain from start to finish, means our meat is fully traceable back to the farm of origin.

Reasonable pricing with a shop like Dr Who's phone box, when you walk in the size & amount of meat contained within cannot be comprehended. Definitely my go to, to get myself my favourite type or rack & pork sword proteins.

Henry HodgsonI went there recently. Good selection and all looks good quality no doubt. Only issue was whenever I asked for certain cuts or preparation to the meats I wanted (nothing fancy) I was told they either don't do it or they tried to offer me an alternative I didn't want. They advertise as a butcher shop and I wanted a butcher to help me get the products I want. This was not offered. If you are after pre packed good portions of meat they look reasonable. If you are after a genuine butcher to assist with your cuts and tailored requests, Ryan's Quality Meats is not the place from my experience with them.

Just one thing......how about Why can't you do a pack of meat for seniors, a lot of butchers are doing this now, smaller amounts but with variety. Cost if living is so high, seniors struggling, but I'm sure you could do a pack for all the people out there, that love your shop....?????
