To be a great butcher, you need great farmers. We are exclusive suppliers for the very best: Stirling Ranges Beef and Frankland River Pork. We work collaboratively with both, to sustainably and ethically breed and raise animals in accordance with The Five Freedoms. In practising the highest standards of animal welfare, we produce the most tender, flavoursome meat.
It’s no coincidence our beef and pork come from the Great Southern region. Fringed by mountains and forests, this special corner of WA is blessed with abundant rainfall and rich fertile soils. This prime farming land is the perfect place to graze and raise free-range Angus cattle and Berkshire pigs. All our produce is fully traceable, back to the farm of origin.
After being reared on lush grassland, the cattle are finished with the highest quality white grain, grown on Stirling Range Beef’s own farm. The grain is rolled fresh each day and blended with lupins and fibre, which ensure the meat develops beautiful natural flavour and tenderness.
